Chicago Bears Sign Former Hokie RB Kevin Jones
After jettisoning troubled and unproductive first round bust Cedric Benson, the Chicago Bears have turned to former Virginia Tech standout runningback Kevin Jones to help fill the void. Jones signed a one-year deal worth $605,000. Jones has been plagued by injuries since arriving in the NFL in the 2004 season, but rushed for a career-high eight touchdowns last season.
