Flowers Signs 4-year Deal with the Chiefs

Hard-hitting Brandon Flowers is officially a Kansas City Chief as of last Wednesday when the team and Flowers signed a 4-year deal, the terms of which were not released. The 5-9, 187-pound cornerback was the Chiefs’ 2nd round pick in last April’s NFL draft. During his senior year at Tech, Flowers started all 14 games and recorded a career-high 86 tackles and five INTs. He played 41 career games with the Hokies including 28 starts, 158 tackles, 10 INTs, and two touchdowns. More…
