ABC13 News is reporting that former Virginia Tech Hokies football player Jahre Cheeseman has been arrested in conjunction with an “incident” at a local bank. He is being held at Western Virginia Regional Jail in Salem and has been charged with misdemeanor assault, larceny and obstruction of justice.

Cheeseman, a rising senior, announced prior to the Orange Bowl that he would transfer for his senior year.
