Nearly two dozen former Virginia Tech Hokie football players are expected to participate in Tech’s “Pro Day” on Thursday, March 18.

The following seniors expected to participate:

• Demetrius Taylor, DE
• Cordarrow Thompson, DT
• Stephan Virgil, CB
• Matt Waldron, K
• Ed Wang, OL
• Sam Wheeler, TE

A handful of former Virginia Tech players, as well as a former Purdue player with local ties, are also expected to participate: Jason Murphy, Derrius Monroe, Robbie Powell (Purdue – Cave Spring High School), Carlton Weatherford and Ike Whitaker.
