Former ACC Champion Greg Morgan from Virginia Tech has suffered a serious accident on the 4th of July. Nobody knows what happened, but he was found unconscious on the road near the Tech campus in Blacksburg. After emergency brain surgery to remove a clot following what was described as a “serious injury,” Morgan is reportedly making positive progress already, and has shown movement on the left side of his body.

This is a strange and sad story. No one knows what happened. Maybe it was a hit and run, or maybe there was something in his body that, like a ticking time bomb, just went off.
