Virginia Tech got its 15th verbal commitment for the 2009 recruiting class today from Kory Gough, an offensive lineman from Liberty High School in Bealeton, VA. According to Techsideline.com, Tech offensive line coach Curt Newsome saw Gough’s game on Friday night and offered the 6-6, 262-pound lineman a scholarship. Gough didn’t waste any time picking the Hokies over Arkansas, East Carolina, Marshall and Army, and could possibly greyshirt for the Hokies, meaning that he would not enroll until January 2010.
